Live video-anatomy - with interactive stop & go
Anatomical specimen dissection of the upper abdomen by a hepatic transplantation surgeon: anatomy of the coeliac area and porta hepatis, liver mobilization, subhepatic veins

Lectures - Extended abdominal resections
  • Management of extensive peritoneal disease of small bowel and mesentery
  • Removal of porta hepatis carcinomatosis
  • Sanctuaries of pseudomyxoma in the upper abdomen
  • Management of Glisson’s capsule disease
  • Indications and technique of non-anatomic liver resections
  • Lessons from duodenopancreatectomy and gastrectomy

Anatomical specimen dissection of the pelvis with the participation of gynecologic oncologists and orthopedic surgeons, with emphasis on the anatomy of the pelvic sidewall

Lectures - Extended pelvic and retroperitoneal resections
  • Laterally extended pelvic resections
  • Laterally extended resections with bone resection
  • Fixed presacral tumors, presacral bleeding management
  • Input of vascular surgeon
  • Fixed aortic nodes, suprarenal nodes
  • Lessons from the surgery of retroperitoneal sarcoma
